Welcome to the Ag Lenders Society of California!

Dear Agriculture Community,

As we reflect on the past year, it's clear that 2023 presented the agricultural community with a unique set of challenges. From rising interest rates, increased inflation, and supply chain disruptions, to labor shortages, our industry has shown remarkable resilience. Through it all, the Ag Lenders Society strives to be a constant source of educational support for its members.

The Ag Lenders Society is unique in the fact that we expand to multiple professions including agriculture bankers, attorneys, accountants, appraisers, collateral inspectors, and research analysts. This provides our members with a wide range of networking opportunities, education, and value.

In the past year, we've made significant strides in expanding our educational offerings. We've launched a recurring series of ‘Lunch and Learn’ educational workshops. These workshops have mostly taken place in the Central Valley but will be expanding to the greater Sacramento region in 2024. We take pride in organizing quarterly tours where our members can see a variety of agriculture operations firsthand. These will remain quarterly in 2024 which hopes to increase the frequency in the future.

On behalf of the board of directors, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your continued membership and active participation in the Ag Lenders Society. Your dedication and commitment are the foundation of our success.
