Have you ever looked at your customer and thought “What were you thinking?”

Here is your opportunity to find out.

For the past eleven years, Nancy S. Ervin, MBA, AVA, has provided consulting and valuation services to agriculture and family businesses in the Fresno area. As a partner with Baker, Peterson & Franklin, CPA, LLP, Nancy has had the opportunity to learn from her clients – what motivates them, what keeps them up at night, as well as what risks they are willing to take to keep their business going during this economic crisis.

She has also spent countless hours interviewing employees, learning about a business from an entirely different prospective.  What she has learned might surprise you.

Nancy graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Stanislaus in 1988 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, emphasis in Marketing.  She earned her Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Diego in 1999 and awarded the Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) designation in 2005.

Prior to joining BP&F, Nancy was a commodity trader for Wilbur-Ellis Company, a business manager for Smith Valley Cattle Feeders, and served briefly as the marketing director for Valley Independent Bank in El Centro, California.
